Step 1: Site Measurement & As-Built Drawings
We begin with a detailed site visit to take precise measurements of the existing space. This allows us to prepare accurate as-built drawings, forming the foundation for all design work.
Step 2: Client Inspiration & Vision Alignment
We work closely with you to understand your style and preferences. You will be asked to share inspiration images (photos, Pinterest boards, references), helping us define the design direction and overall aesthetic.
Step 3: Concept Design & Alternatives
Based on your input, we developed and presented three design alternatives. These concepts explore different layouts, styles, and solutions, allowing you to choose the direction that best fits your vision
Step 4: Design Development & Permit Consideration
Once a concept is selected, we refine the design in detail. This stage may also include preparation of drawings required for permit applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations if needed.
Step 5: Material Selection & Mood Board
We curate and present a comprehensive mood board that defines the look and feel of your space. This includes selecting and coordinating all materials, such as:
- Cabinet finishes and millwork materials Countertops
- Tiles (bathroom and kitchen wall & floor tiles)
- Flooring materials
- Paint colors
- Plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, shower systems, etc.)

Step 6: Client Review & Finalization
Through multiple meetings and revisions, we collaborate with you to finalize every detail of the design, ensuring everything aligns with your expectations.
Step 7: Final Specification Package & Drawings
At the completion of the design process, we provide a comprehensive Specification Package and detailed drawings. This includes all finalized design decisions, material selections, and fully coordinated drawings prepared with a high level of accuracy and clarity.
The complete package is provided to the contractor, ensuring seamless execution of the project with precise specifications and well-documented plans.
